Technical Project Manager

Job Location: UAE, Dubai

Experience: 10-12 years of relevant experience

Role:

• End to end project management - project planning, documentation, scheduling, finances, tracking, technical handover.
• Manage Tech Squad (embedded software development teams) type of implementations at project / program management level in addition to Scrum Masters, who will drive day-to-day sessions (some projects, these roles might be combined under Technical PM).
• Manages project costs and ensures that the project stays within budget
• Develops cost estimates and tracks expenditures
• Makes informed decisions to optimize project costs without compromising quality or scope

Experience

• 12-15 years of project management experience (ideally with relevant qualifications)
• Experience in delivering full tech stack implementations at different technology tiers (channels, middleware, back-end)
• Proven knowledge and experience in Agile/Lean and waterfall development methodologies and managing complex projects in financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically when planning, managing teams and processes.
