🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead mobile software development for iOS and Android platforms.
- Manage and mentor a team of mobile engineers across both platforms.
- Review product requirements and break down functional specifications into technical tasks.
- Design project architecture and define development best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges in performance, UI/UX, and system integration.
- Monitor project timelines and track real-time development progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Backend Engineers to ensure end-to-end product quality.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of mobile app development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role.
- Proficient in native development for both iOS (Swift/Obj-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java).
- Strong understanding of app architecture (MVVM, MVI), CI/CD, and App Store/Google Play release workflows.
- Experience in project/task management, agile sprints, and cross-team collaboration.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and foster team growth.
