Data Scientist

About the Role

We’re seeking a Product Data Scientist with strong technical skills and a true ownership mindset. The ideal candidate won’t just execute assigned tasks but will proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and product performance. You’ll work closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing, research) to translate complex data into actionable insights that shape product strategy and growth.

The team is based around Singapore’s time zone, so you’ll need at least 6 hours of overlap with it.

What You’ll Do

Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights that inform product direction.

Design and execute experiments (A/B testing, experimentation frameworks) to measure impact and support decision-making.

Develop clear product recommendations from complex data analyses.

Build and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor product health, growth, and performance.

Help strengthen data infrastructure and experimentation workflows.

What We’re Looking For

Strong foundation in Data Science with hands-on experience in research, experimentation, and product improvements.

Expertise in statistics, A/B testing, and experiment design, with a proven ability to drive actionable recommendations.

Product-focused background — comfortable collaborating with PMs and translating insights for both technical and non-technical teams.

Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, modeling, and reporting.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Nice to Have

Experience with Snowflake, Superset, Eppo, or Airflow.

Background in SEO, acquisition, conversion optimization, or growth analytics.

Experience in consumer tech or other high-growth product environments.

Previous remote work experience.
