- Monitoring and reporting on team performance metrics; regularly reviewing these metrics with the team to provide updates, highlight successes, and identify any areas needing improvement.
- Are well-versed in Agile principles/methodologies/frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc) and have knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Have strong communication, facilitation, and listening skills, as well as empathy for the needs of the team.
- Have prior experience resolving conflicts by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty and respect.
- Can capture/analyze accurate sprint metrics such as team capacity and velocity to ensure that team is aware of their progress and ability to take on work in future sprints.
- Act as a servant leader, tracking and removing impediments of team.
- Have a demonstrated ability to influence and build consensus through strong interpersonal skills and strategic communication
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related field of study
- 3 years experience in a software delivery role and a minimum of 1-2 years of agile experience.
