- Full Time Hours contract, 12+ months
- Hybrid, 3 days per week ONSITE in NYC
- Must Haves: Airtable and Lifecycle Marketing
- Manage multiple fast-turnaround lifecycle and engagement marketing projects (email, push, and related assets), ensuring deadlines and approvals are met.
- Partner with senior project managers, creative leads, copywriters, and cross-functional marketing teams to streamline workflows from concept through delivery.
- Track and prioritize creative asset delivery, reviews, and feedback to keep projects on schedule.
- Maintain and optimize project tracking systems in Airtable to ensure transparency, accuracy, and efficiency across teams.
- Provide clear updates to stakeholders and proactively flag risks or bottlenecks.
- Support continuous improvement of design and production workflows for lifecycle marketing and digital production assets.
- 2–3 years of project coordination or management experience in marketing, creative, or production environments (experience in media/entertainment is a strong plus).
- Demonstrated expertise with Airtable or similar project management platforms, leveraging them to streamline workflows.
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, digital production, or asset management processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to ask the right questions and gather feedback to keep projects on track.
- Collaborative, relationship-builder who thrives in fast-paced settings with evolving priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (executive assistant or coordinator experience acceptable if project management responsibilities were included).
- A keen eye for design with the ability to give constructive feedback that elevates creative quality.
- Familiarity with marketing funnel stages and customer engagement best practices.
