Senior UI/UX Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Product Designer to join our team.

Job Description

Design landing pages, promo pages, and websites from scratch
Develop static and animated banners
Contribute to product design and user experience development
Create and maintain guidelines for brand books, digital books, and visual standards
Redesign existing projects in line with UI/UX principles and grid systems
Develop interactive prototypes and validate concepts
Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and clients to gather and refine interface requirements
Build and maintain design systems and UI kits
Conduct research in the field of UX/UI design
Participate in design approvals, UX concept demos, and project demo sessions.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in the design industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing design process and results
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma (including components, auto-layouts, and constraints)
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Solid knowledge of UI/UX principles and user-centered design best practices
Understanding of usability and Human-Centered Design
A strong sense of style and mastery of modern web, mobile, and graphic design trends
Excellent communication skills with proven ability to present designs to cross-functional teams
Knowledge of Nielsen Norman heuristics
Up-to-date awareness of industry trends and emerging design technologies
Extensive experience working with and scaling design systems.

Nice to have:

Experience with AI-driven tools for prototyping and design acceleration (e.g. Uizard, Galileo AI, MidJourney for concept ideation)
Understanding of how design impacts user metrics (conversion, engagement, retention)
Experience designing adaptive interfaces across multiple platforms (web, mobile, tablet) with accessibility in mind
