About Us

Our partner is a UK-based, high-performing product company with a diverse remote team of top-tier engineers and PhD-level talent.

We are building an enterprise-grade, model-agnostic process intelligence platform that unifies data, AI, and process optimisation across industries.

Our platform fuses process mining, KPI analytics, knowledge graphs, and agentic ecosystems into one intelligence layer. It doesn’t just visualize processes — it learns, simulates, and deploys autonomous agents into customer environments.

From supply-chain optimisation to regulated industries, we help enterprises improve quality, cut costs, and make better decisions with AI.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior AI Engineer/Architect, you will:

  • Design and build multi-agent AI workflows using modern orchestration frameworks.
  • Develop and optimise retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines with vector databases and cloud ML services.
  • Engineer efficient prompts and fine-tune LLMs and SLMs (small language models) for analytics, decision support, and simulations.
  • Build backend services in Python/FastAPI to expose AI functionality at scale.
  • Deploy solutions on cloud infrastructure (BigQuery, Kubernetes, graph/vector databases).
  • Collaborate with product and data teams to turn business metrics into AI-powered insights and automation.
  • Contribute to supply-chain intelligence modules (demand planning, transport routing, quality tracking, carbon reporting).

Must-Have Skills

  • 5+ years in AI engineering, ML engineering, or software development.
  • Experience with multi-agent frameworks and prompt engineering.
  • Strong understanding of RAG architectures, vector search, and graph-based data modeling.
  • Proficient in Python/FastAPI, building production-grade APIs.
  • Experience deploying AI/ML solutions on GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Comfortable working with both LLMs (general-purpose) and SLMs (domain-specialised).

Nice-to-Have

  • Familiarity with data governance & compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, ESG).
  • Experience in supply-chain, logistics, or manufacturing data flows.
  • Knowledge of real-time processing (Kafka, Redis, streaming systems).
  • Background in simulation frameworks (discrete-event, Monte Carlo).
