Capgemini Engineering is expanding its Service Desk team for our client, a global leader in health technology. We are currently looking for Technical Support Agents with strong English and at least one additional language from the following: Spanish, French, German, Dutch. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to start or grow their career in tech support, even without prior experience. If you’re a proactive communicator with a passion for helping people and working in a multicultural environment, we’d love to hear from you! We are looking for candidates based in one of the following locations: Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, or Rivne, with the possibility to work remotely.
Main Tasks And Responsibilities
Send initial notification emails to customers who haven’t yet been contacted
Follow up with customers who have already received communication
Make outbound calls to customers (scripts and content will be provided).
Education, Skills And Experience
MUST HAVE:
Upper-Intermediate English and at least one of the following: Spanish, French, German, Dutch
Strong communication skills
Willingness to learn and work in a structured support environment.
