Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Strategy & Analytics team at Moris Media. The ideal candidate will be passionate about transforming complex data into actionable insights that guide business decisions and campaign strategies. This role demands strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in data visualization, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with PR, marketing, and strategy teams.

As a Data Analyst at Moris Media, you will play a pivotal role in driving performance measurement, uncovering trends, and ensuring our clients’ campaigns are rooted in evidence-based decision-making. You will leverage advanced analytical tools to evaluate market dynamics, digital reputation metrics, and campaign impact while providing clear, structured recommendations. This position offers the opportunity to work in a global environment with diverse industries, helping brands build credibility, visibility, and sustainable growth.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and interpret structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reporting tools to monitor campaign and client performance.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis using data-driven methodologies.

• Provide actionable insights that shape PR, marketing, and reputation management strategies.

• Identify key trends, opportunities, and risks across industries and digital platforms.

• Support predictive modeling and forecasting to optimize client campaigns.

• Collaborate with PR strategists, digital marketers, and reputation managers on data-backed solutions.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.

• Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients in a clear, compelling manner.

• Continuously evaluate and improve analytics processes to enhance efficiency and impact.

• Translate complex datasets into visual reports and storytelling insights.

Primary Skills

• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

• Strong expertise in SQL, Excel, and statistical analysis tools (R, Python, or SPSS).

• Solid understanding of digital marketing and PR performance metrics.

• Strong communication and presentation skills for data storytelling.

• Ability to manage large datasets and ensure data quality.

• Knowledge of SEO, social media analytics, and digital reputation tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.

• Certification in analytics, data visualization, or digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory).


Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in digital marketing, PR, or media domains.

• Experience with campaign analytics, digital media reporting, or reputation analysis.
