Product Manager

Candidate Profile

• Product management experience within financial markets, ideally with a focus on private markets.
• Ideally experience of private equity, private funds, fund administration, fund servicing, fund structuring, private fund primary or secondary distribution platforms would be advantageous.
• Extensive professional experience in product design & development
• If the candidate does not have direct experience in private markets, relevant experience in the post-trade, fund administration or settlements space will also be considered.
• Delivery focused: Ability to work with cross functional teams to deliver high quality products that deliver tangible value to users on time and on budget
• Data driven: Ability to use data to inform product decisions, prioritise features and measure success
• Awareness: Commercial awareness and knowledge of financial services, financial markets and market structure, as well as the unique challenges faced by regulated players in the financial sector is desirable
• Communication: Excellent communicator who can interact with product teams, architecture, engineering teams, QA testers and UX designers
• Exposure to private equity, private funds, fund administration, fund servicing, fund structuring, or private fund primary/secondary distribution platforms would be highly advantageous.
