Overview:

Our client, an innovative player in the blockchain and Web3 ecosystem, is seeking a Graphic Designer with crypto industry experience to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative professional who understands the culture, language, and visual style of the crypto community; someone who can design with both mainstream and Web3-native audiences in mind.

Role:

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for elevating the brand’s visual identity and executing creative design work across campaigns, products, and community initiatives. You’ll collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to bring ideas to life and create compelling visuals that resonate with the crypto audience.

Responsibilities:

• Design assets for marketing campaigns, social media, sales decks, websites, merchandise, and events
• Develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity tailored to the Web3 and crypto community
• Translate complex or abstract concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives
• Create motion graphics or short-form video assets (a strong plus)
• Stay ahead of crypto design trends, memes, and cultural cues to ensure authenticity

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of professional design experience, preferably in tech, Web3, or agency environments
• Proven experience designing for crypto/blockchain brands, projects, or communities
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar tools
• Strong creative instincts and a modern, polished aesthetic
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bonus: Motion/animation skills and experience shaping visual identities for Web3-native products or DAOs
