Senior Project Manager – Defence Software (Confidential Search)

We’re seeking a hands-on Senior Project Manager to deliver Defence programs in software, DevSecOps, cyber security, electronic warfare, and spectrum management.

The ideal candidate has:

• >10 years’ project management experience, including 3+ years in Defence software or systems.
• Strong understanding of ASDEFCON / CASG environments and stakeholder engagement with Defence customers and primes.
• A collaborative, practical style with the ability to influence internally — guiding cross-disciplinary teams by modelling “what good looks like” in delivery, rather than relying on hierarchy.
• NV1 clearance (or ability to obtain).

This is a long-term role (3–4 years) with a Defence SME — ideal for someone who thrives in software and R&D environments and wants to make a lasting impact.
