The Role
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive data and reporting projects using agile methodologies. The role requires a solid technical understanding of data flows and reporting processes, combined with strong project management skills to coordinate teams, manage backlogs, and deliver projects successfully.
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate project meetings with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain and manage the project backlog, including user stories and prioritization.
- Support project documentation, reporting, and tracking of progress against timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate with technical teams (development, testing, DBA, infrastructure, security) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Apply agile methodologies and use tools such as Jira to manage sprints, tasks, and reporting.
- Monitor project metrics and provide updates to leadership on project status, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure alignment with business requirements and support implementation of data and reporting solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in data-related or reporting projects.
- Strong understanding of data flows, ETL processes, and reporting pipelines.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and Jira.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and team coordination.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- English proficiency (oral and written).
