Your main tasks in this role are:
- As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will be responsible for extracting, transforming, and consolidating data from various sources
- You will develop and present business stories that effectively communicate data insights and drive strategic decision-making
- You will analyse data and present relevant findings to support decision-making processes
- You will design and implement reports and dashboards for data analysis and visualisation
- In this role, you will implement and optimise both new and existing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
- Additionally, you will collaborate closely with international buying teams and departments on data analytics projects
The requirements of the role include:
- As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you have completed studies in scientific, engineering, or business disciplines with a focus on data science, or you possess comparable professional experience
- You are analytical, solution-oriented, and have strong numerical thinking skills
- You demonstrate proactiveness and creative thinking, regularly seeking innovative approaches and taking initiative to improve processes or solve problems
- You have expertise in development (e.g.: Python, VBA, SQL) and excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA
- A solid knowledge and interest in business intelligence tools (e.g.: Azure, Tableau, Power BI) will be considered an asset
- Experience in the retail sector is beneficial
- Your working style is conscientious, reliable, structured, and independent
- You possess business-fluent English skills
- Additionally, you bring strong communication skills to the role

Gross annual salary starting from € 54.300*
