As Product Manager for Compliance Solutions, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the roadmap together with the Technical Product Manager, overseeing the entire product lifecycle of the compliance suite.

Acting as the link between market needs, regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and technical feasibility, you will ensure the product’s success.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, product owners, marketing, legal, sales, and customer success teams to deliver impactful, timely solutions across France and Benelux.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for the compliance portfolio together with the Compliance Technical Product Manager, aligning it with regulatory developments, customer needs, and business strategy.
• Turn market signals, regulatory shifts, customer feedback, and technical opportunities into a clear, prioritized backlog.
• Lead and actively contribute to cross-functional alignment and agile rituals (PI planning, sprint reviews, demos) with POs, developers, and tech leads.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success and continuously improve.
• Coordinate end-to-end product and feature launches, from pricing and packaging to training, sales enablement, and legal/contract updates.
• Act as the internal and external expert on compliance trends (anti-corruption, AML, CTF, sanctions screening), supporting strategic decisions.
• Drive fast time-to-market while ensuring regulatory robustness, business value, and product quality.
• Promote and communicate the product strategy internally and externally to build engagement and visibility.

About you

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Law, or a related field.
• 3+ years of B2B product management experience in compliance, risk, legaltech, fintech, or data-driven solutions.
• Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and operational needs in anti-corruption, AML/CTF, or third-party risk management.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional collaboration and delivering products in complex environments.
• Experience working with technical teams in agile settings.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with experience managing backlogs, customer feedback, and MVP launches.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English
