Junior Portfolio Manager - Systematic Team

We are hiring an experienced Junior Portfolio Manager - Systematic Team to join our client, a prestigious Swiss private bank.

Location: Switzerland

Responsibilities

• Manage systematic investment funds and mandates.
• Contribute to the research and enhancement of investment processes, including tools and signals.
• Support marketing and sales initiatives, including reporting, creating marketing documents, investment proposals, and responding to RfPs.
• Develop and optimize the team's operational processes.

Profile

• Master’s degree with a strong financial and quantitative focus.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in Portfolio Management, Risk Management, or Quantitative Research.
• Demonstrable interest in quantitative equity and multi-asset strategies (experience with commodities is a plus).
• Strong IT skills, particularly coding (Python, VBA), and experience with tools like Bloomberg, FactSet, and Barra.
• Ability to assess problems, set priorities, and exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to take ownership and responsibility.
• Capable of planning and executing independent projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English.
