About the Role: Senior AI Engineer – Backend

(Hybrid Regime)

Required Skills

• +7 years of professional experience, with Python as the core programming language.
• Open to working with other programming languages as needed.
• Proven experience in building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and fine-tuning models.
• Hands-on involvement in both leading existing components and implementing new solutions.
• Strong background in the architecture, implementation, and optimisation of AI/ML platforms.
• Ability to take an existing architecture plan and design the next phase, improving scalability and performance.
• Experience with infrastructure optimisation and performance tuning.
