The Impact You Will Create

As a STACKITEER in the STACKIT IaaS Products division, you'll architect and optimize cloud infrastructure with a team of passionate and skilled engineers. You'll implement foundational infrastructure components, design scalable backend services, and refine performance-critical systems that power our IaaS platform.

• Own the end-to-end design and development of infrastructure APIs for cloud services.
• Collaborate on and implement APIs, ensuring secure, thoroughly tested code that follows best practices
• Work together with the team, sharing responsibility for the delivery, maintenance, and improvement of services
• Continuously automate and optimize technical workflows and processes
• Conduct detailed troubleshooting and root cause analysis to identify sustainable solutions

Experience And Skills You Will Need

• Experienced developer with expertise in Golang, C/C++, or similar languages
• Skilled in interface and communication technologies such as REST and gRPC, as well as database systems like PostgreSQL and MariaDB
• Proficiency in developing and deploying software with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm charts
• Hands-on problem solver with a solid understanding of software design and architectural patterns
• Effective communicator, with the ability to clearly express complex ideas in both written and verbal formats
• Comfortable in a fast-growing, dynamic environment, especially where processes are still developing
• You are a proactive team player and look for ways to drive growth for yourself and your team
