We are now looking for our future Industrial Project Management Consultants to join our growing Swiss team in Baden/ZU and surrounding areas and work with our clients from the railway, energy, and wider industrial sectors.

📌 Your Responsibilities as a PMO

As a member of our dynamic and international teams 🌎, you will play a key role in the success of our clients’ projects. Your main challenges will be:

• Planning and managing industrial projects transversally, optimizing costs, schedules, and quality while building effective planning strategies.
• Actively contributing to project steering by supporting project leadership in decision-making.
• Preparing reporting, steering dashboards, and clear presentations to animate project and program reviews.
• Ensuring Risk & Opportunity Management, anticipating impacts and proposing mitigation measures.
• Monitoring KPIs and project performance, analyzing gaps, and defining corrective action plans.

👤 Your Profile

• You hold an Engineering degree (Master’s level or equivalent) – a strong academic background is essential.
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in project management within the industrial sector (railway, energy, or similar).
• You already have a first successful professional experience in Switzerland.
• You are bilingual in at least two of the following languages: French, English, German (is an important plus). Full proficiency in the third is a strong asset.
• You are recognized for your leadership, analytical mindset, and ability to collaborate in complex technical environments.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are a strong advantage.
