- You should have a proven track record designing for DTC brands and improving revenue/session through A/B testing and optimization.
- You should be highly skilled in Figma and Photoshop, able to deliver polished, developer-ready assets.
- You’ve got to be ambitious and collaborative, working seamlessly with marketers, copywriters, and developers to build funnels that scale.
- You should be curious, data-driven, and eager to optimize every detail for maximum performance.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, consumer psychology, and persuasion tactics is essential.

- Communication & Rationalization: Ability to clearly present hypotheses, explain design choices, and share learnings with stakeholders.
- Portfolio & Track Record: A strong portfolio of ecommerce presell pages, offer pages, and checkout flows.
- Experience & Context: 2–5 years working in ecommerce or for performance marketing agencies. Comfortable working on high-traffic sites, subscription models, and funnels for both mobile and desktop.
- Soft Skills & Mindset: Data-driven, detail-oriented, curious, and proactive. Someone who loves testing, iterating, and moving fast while keeping empathy for the customer.
- Fully remote position — work from anywhere.
- Competitive salary + performance-based bonus.
- Training on all aspects of direct response marketing and CRO. You’ll learn from top 1% marketers.
If you’re the kind of designer who can combine creativity with performance, loves testing ideas, and thrives on seeing measurable results from your work, this is the role for you. We don’t just want someone who can make things look good — we want someone who can make things sell.
