Role overview

You will own the end-to-end creative function across UA, store assets, trailers, and in-game capture. You’ll build a high-velocity creative pipeline, lead a small team (artists + developers + video editors), and collaborate tightly with Product, UA, and Data to turn insights into winning assets.


What you’ll own

• Channel-specific creative strategy for Meta, TikTok, Applovin, Mintegral and other ad networks; you’ll set formats, hooks, and iteration cadence aligned to platform best practices. 

• A rapid creative testing & refresh loop (concept → variants → learnings → scale), with frequent updates to avoid fatigue (especially short-form/UGC). 

• Playable ads: create playable ad concepts and manage the process. (Iterations, QA)

• Unity-based capture & polish: direct in-engine shots and export using Unity Recorder; maintain shot lists and capture guides. 

• Post-production: After Effects + Premiere workflow for motion graphics, compositing, and trailers; build reusable templates and lower-thirds.

• Store assets (ASO): screenshots, preview videos, icon iterations; align with UA learnings and platform guidelines. 

• Creative ops: briefs, asset specs, file hygiene, version control, creator/UGC direction, and vendor management.


Must-have skills

• Unity (intermediate+) for in-engine capture, scene setup, and basic tooling to support recordings. 

• Video editing: for motion design, trailers, and performance ad iterations.

• Strong command of platform norms: TikTok-first vertical video and ongoing refresh; Meta mobile app ad guidelines; Applovin / Mintegral asset diversity (incl. HTML5/playables). 

• Proven track record of shipping winning creatives for mobile games (casual / hybrid-casual / mid-core).

• Team leadership: hiring, coaching, running a weekly creative review cadence.


Nice to have

• 3D tools (Blender/Maya/C4D), audio design, LUTs/color pipelines, and UGC creator direction.

• Familiarity with MMP dashboards for creative-level analysis with UA/Data partners.
