Dyson's Southeast Asia business is managed out of our Singapore office. The team provides the vision and strategy to Dyson’s business in SEA, covering key markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam.

About The Role

As a Digital Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing and optimising the performance of our online business across Southeast Asia, with the objective of driving sales growth on both our .com platform and third-party marketplaces. You will work closely with local e-commerce and marketing teams, as well as regional commercial and data teams, to ensure accurate and timely data consolidation, analysis, and sharing among stakeholders to drive informed business decisions.

E-COMMERCE PERFORMANCE OWNERSHIP

Data Consolidation And Optimisation

  • Extract, process, and consolidate daily e-commerce KPIs for all online channels within Southeast Asia. Ensure all numbers delivered are accurate and timely.
  • Analyse digital marketing channels (e.g. paid search, social, email, affiliate) to check campaign effectiveness and Return on Investment
  • Support joint planning sessions with e-commerce sales leads, marketing, media, and retention teams to help ensure alignment of strategies and measurable results.


Data Visualisation

  • Create and optimise interactive real-time dashboards for stakeholders across e-commerce and marketing (category/media) teams, utilising tools including Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Decibel, etc.


BUSINESS ANALYSIS

Marketing Analysis

  • Work with marketing teams to evaluate customer acquisition cost
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation strategies across different channels
  • Provide insights on customer behaviour not limiting to E-commerce channels
  • Identify trends and recommend optimisation strategies to increase ROI


Business Performance Forecast

  • Perform in-depth KPI forecasts on peak periods, including mega campaigns and NPD launches, providing accurate estimations to support stakeholder planning and decisions.
  • Map and analyse the full customer journey, identifying drop-off points and recommending solutions to improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor competitor benchmarks and market trends to inform commercial strategies.
  • Identify key opportunities to optimize campaigns, promotions, and product placements across platforms to accelerate sales.
  • Presenting to both internal stakeholders and Distributor teams on insights and recommendations


KEY SUCCESS MEASURES

  • Achievement of e-commerce sales targets across Dyson.com, marketplaces, and new channels.
  • Clear insights delivered to group and local teams through timely and accurate reporting.
  • Improved conversion rates through improved marketing spends and marketing funnel analysis
  • Joint planning sessions leading to stronger collaboration and execution across sales, marketing, media, and retention teams.
  • High stakeholder satisfaction from proactive recommendations during trading meetings and business reviews.


About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in digital analytics, e-commerce performance, or marketing analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms (brand.com, marketplaces) and digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, CRM, retention).
  • Proficient in Excel and data visualization; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into commercial recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
