Hey Future Figment Family Member!

Ever dreamt of turning heritage homes into works of art while working from anywhere? We're Figment—the rebels of hospitality, making the world a more human place to live, one conserved shophouse at a time.

Our boutique hotel-inspired homes are hailed as the 'Picassos of Singapore's Built Heritage' by Travel + Leisure, with coverage from NYT, WSJ, The Straits Times to Channel NewsAsia. We've hosted over 4,000 members from companies like Grab, BCG (Boston Consulting Group), and Citi over the past 3+ years.

What Makes This Role Different:

100% Remote-First: Work from home, a café, or anywhere that inspires you. We're entirely results and KPI-driven (Key Performance Indicators = measurable outcomes), not face-time driven. Note: Remote-first means self-discipline and clear communication are essential.

Competitive Package: S$62,000 - $76,000 annually (including base salary, AWS) + ~$50,000 Additional Annual Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) Grant. We believe in paying well for exceptional talent. Clear progression path to Deal Associate/VP roles.

Stability with Purpose: We're a profitable, bootstrapped company backed by real shophouse assets—not chasing venture capital's "growth at all costs" mentality. Your job security comes from real revenue, not runway.

Accelerated Growth: Staff take on significant responsibilities from day one in our hands-on scrappy startup environment. As we aggressively expand our team, you'll grow alongside us with clear progression paths and potential phantom equity eligibility.

Global Conservation Mission: As stewards of Singapore's architectural heritage, we're pioneering the boutique homes concept globally—from London townhouses to Spanish Colonial homes in Intramuros, Manila, to colonial bungalows across India.

Key Performance Outcomes You'll Drive:

Deal Sourcing & Velocity

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities meeting our investment criteria
  • Reduce median response time from deal identification to indicative offer to industry-leading speeds
  • Achieve consistent monthly contactability rates with verified property owners
  • Generate actionable LOIs quarterly that meet Investment Committee standards

Automation & Scale

  • Expand our addressable market by systematically adding net-new verified opportunities quarterly
  • Implement sourcing capabilities across all property portals
  • Design and deploy systematic A/B testing for outreach channels
  • Document and scale successful processes through comprehensive SOPs

Underwriting Excellence

  • Achieve high accuracy rates between initial pricing and final IC-approved valuations

Data & Reporting Infrastructure

  • Build and maintain a single source of truth for deal flow metrics
  • Create live dashboards tracking stage progression, cycle times, and conversion rates
  • Ensure data integrity with minimal variance between systems
  • Implement systematic reporting cadences for leadership visibility

Core Competencies We're Looking For:

  1. Data Analytics & Funnel Optimization - Transform raw property data into actionable insights, optimize conversion rates at every stage
  2. Speed of Execution - Move from opportunity identification to indicative offer in hours, not days
  3. Process Automation & Systems Thinking - Scale manual workflows into repeatable, automated systems
  4. Financial Modeling & Pre-Underwriting - Build accurate preliminary valuations and investment cases at speed
  5. Stakeholder Management & CRM Excellence - Maintain pristine data hygiene while juggling agents, owners, and internal teams

Experience and Qualifications Required:

  • Undergraduate degree in preferably a quantitative field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project-reporting skills, with focus on interdepartmental communications
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Experience in data analysis and budget management preferred
  • Consulting experience preferred, with a focus on operations management
