Product Manager, Customer
As Manager, Customer Product Management at CAVA, you’ll take ownership of critical guest-facing product experiences in support of our guest and personalization team. Reporting to the Director, Product Management, you’ll partner closely with UX Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics to build thoughtful, intuitive, and impactful digital products that elevate the CAVA experience.
You’ll lead product strategy and execution for one or more key product areas (e.g., personalization, loyalty, ordering flows), balancing guest needs, business goals, and technical feasibility to bring CAVA’s brand and hospitality to life in digital form.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for one or more digital product areas — ensuring feature requirements are defined, built, tested, and deployed on time with high quality.
- Translate guest insights, analytics, and stakeholder input into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to scope and prioritize feature development in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies in close collaboration with Design and Engineering partners.
- Define, track, and communicate key product metrics such as conversion, retention, satisfaction, and engagement.
- Develop lightweight testing and experimentation strategies to inform decisions and iterate with speed.
- Work with internal stakeholders in Marketing, Operations, Culinary, and Strategy to ensure product success across all touchpoints.
- Contribute to product roadmaps, intake processes, and ongoing refinement of agile practices and development processes that promote speed, clarity, and value.
- Act as a passionate advocate for CAVA’s guests and brand in every step of the product development process.
- Stay informed on technology trends, competitive activity, and digital behavior to bring fresh thinking to your product areas.
The Qualifications:
- 5+ years of digital product management experience, ideally in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or consumer tech environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Product Design, Technology or related field.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, product discovery, backlog management, and sprint planning.
- Experience with guest-facing digital products such as mobile ordering, loyalty, personalization, or account management.
- Comfortable working with designers, engineers, marketers, and operators in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills — able to clearly present ideas, make trade-offs, and align stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and data reporting platforms.
- Passion for hospitality, food, and crafting simple, delightful guest experiences.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment
- Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details
- For certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively
- Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
