Major Responsibilities

• Manage, manipulate, and transform structured datasets with a focus on building business intelligence tools, uncovering trends, normalizing data, and ensuring data quality.
• Develop data solutions to support analysis, create product specifications and models, and generate actionable insights to guide business strategies.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand data requirements and deliver solutions such as segmentation models, dashboards, visualizations, decision aids, and business case analyses.
• Produce and manage analytics deliverables for internal stakeholders and external clients, leveraging BI, visualization, query, analytic, and statistical tools.
• Conduct descriptive and regression-based analytics, incorporating subject matter expertise into the design of models and algorithms.
• Create compelling data storytelling packages—developing executive-ready slides and reports that transform complex analysis into clear, strategic recommendations.
• Ensure insights translate into meaningful information that empowers business leaders to make data-driven investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a highly quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, investigative analytics, data storytelling, and executive-level visualization/insight delivery.
• Proven experience handling large-scale datasets (terabyte-level), uncovering hidden patterns, and applying advanced data visualization techniques.
• Expert skills: Snowflake, Databricks, SQL.
• Advanced proficiency: Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to connect analytic objectives to measurable business value.
• Extensive experience in visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, D3.js, or equivalent.
