Primary Duties And Responsibilities
Client & Scope Overview:
This opportunity is part of a multi-year program providing Project Management Consultancy Services for 3 years. Selected professionals will support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and quality assurance of development and humanitarian projects across multiple sectors, including infrastructure, health, education, economic development, disaster management, and climate change. Experts will be mobilized as required to provide technical depth, project delivery support, and alignment with international best practices and donor standards.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a Project Manager role.
- Strong expertise in leading large, complex, multi-stakeholder development or humanitarian projects.
- Proven ability in project planning, execution, reporting, and monitoring.
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (PMP/PMI/Prince2 certification preferred).
- Development, humanitarian, or infrastructure project delivery.
- Cross-sector project management, preferably with exposure to international donor-funded initiatives.
- Lead project delivery from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and risk frameworks.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
- Oversee reporting, compliance, and quality standards across project activities
