Job Description Role:

Title: Interface Manager

Responsibilities:

Responsible to maintain the interdisciplinary coordination across the multiple packages, including technological packages, and any other (EPCM) partners (e.g. Bogota and Salta)

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and define Battery limit points between the multiple scopes and partners.
• Maintain a battery limit connection file that allow seamless connection between the multiple scopes and areas.
• Verify the consistency of piping classes across the battery limits between the various scope areas.
• Verify the consistency and completeness of the electrical and instrumentation connections, across the battery limits between the various scope areas. Meet project objectives and designs methods to achieve them; Develops a thorough understanding of client objectives, contract terms, and corporate policies.
• Conducts relationships between the work team, Management, and the client.
• Has a solid understanding of interdisciplinary work, interfaces, and sequencing. Well versed in project setup, instituting work processes, monitoring a team, execution, and closure.
• Manages interfaces with field and procurement personnel. Monitors constructability, operability, maintenance, and safety reviews.
• Produces integrated solutions to strategic problems and presents recommendations to clients. Solutions are derived from knowledge gained through past experiences and consultation with internal and external resources.
• Drives innovative solutions, technological advancements, and methods to effectively address out-of-sequence work. Good handle on change management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of digital tools for project development and data centrism.
  
  

Required Experience:

15+ years of experience, including 10+ years of relevant project management and interphase management and/or technical experience in EPCM projects.

Demonstrated project management experience leading large projects with high-risk elements; EPCM, EPC, including on-site assignments; multicultural/multinational environments. (+USD1 billion projects)

Academic Qualifications:

Senior Project Engineer. Project management, area management

Languages:

Spanish (oral and written)

English (oral and written)

Workplace and modality: BUA or Salta office as agreed, hybrid scheme Flexibility to adapt the days of in-person work to the presence of the team or clients in the office. Availability to travel to meetings and/or surveys.

• Worked in large EPC/EPCM Projects in a Service Provider organisation.
• Has a multi discipline engineering background
