About The Role
- Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using modern web and mobile languages/frameworks such as Ruby, Python, Node.js, and Go.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions.
- Manage and mentor a team of Senior Software Development Engineers (SDEs) and Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) in a DevOps culture.
- Utilize strong SQL skills to manage data, run queries, and ensure data integrity across applications.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across several applications, providing guidance and expertise to the team.
- Ensure the security and scalability of cloud-based software solutions, working closely with security and cloud teams.
- Engage in problem-solving and troubleshooting to address and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in frontend development with a focus on testing.
- Proficiency in modern web and mobile languages/frameworks such as Ruby, Python, Node.js, and Go.
- Experience managing teams of Senior Software Development Engineers (SDEs) and Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) in a DevOps culture.
