Job Summary
We’re hiring a mid to senior-level Product Designer to drive the end-to-end design of features and product enhancements. This is a team-integrated and hands-on role— you’ll be accountable for collaborating with a cross-functional squad (including product, engineering, and key stakeholders) to draft and iterate ideas from concept through launch, with precision and quality.
You’ll work closely with our Head of Product Design and Product Manager to shape efficient and delightful user experiences that support and enable the business strategy. You will have opportunities to define and refine toolkits and practices, building together with engineers to ensure the work is technically sound and efficiently delivered— if these are skills you already possess, these pillars will be yours to own; if you are keen to grow in these areas, a skilled and close-knit team will support your growth and development.
Who You Are
- 5-8 years experience as a Product Designer in a fast-paced tech environment, with experience in design methodologies
- SaaS experience, ideally with digital marketplaces, P2P collaboration, creator platforms, influencer marketing, or ad tech
- Demonstrated experience owning features end-to-end across discovery, delivery and post-launch
- Confident working within agile teams and comfortable with delivery ceremonies and backlog ownership
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and documentation skills
- Collaborative and curious— able to bridge the gap between technical teams, design and the wider business
- Tools Proficiency: Experience with Figma, Confluence, Jira or similar Design and Agile tools
- Ideally you've worked in a start up or small company, where you've had a holistic view of the product.
Key responsibilities
While no two days are the same, your key responsibilities will be:
Product Discovery & Definition
- Collaborate closely with the Product team and platform users, to validate ideas and collect feedback
- Translate product briefs and requirements into clearly defined flows, wireframes, and high-def designs (as needed for each project)
- Run lightweight discovery activities with internal users, stakeholders, and developers to refine scope
- Identify edge cases, integration points, and opportunities for efficiency and scope slicing at any point in the lifecycle
Documentation & Planning
- Curate and maintain a living design system, to ensure consistency and efficiency in brand and build
- Illustrate and iterate on detailed user flows as a source of truth for development, customer success, and GTM teams
- Assist in release documentation, internal handovers and product enablement content
Delivery & Execution
- Collaborate with engineers to clarify design intent, and ensure high-quality feature delivery
- Provide supporting documents and details for releases and go-live preparation
- Coordinate with teammates to manage timelines, blockers, and dependencies
Stakeholder Management
- Cooperative project progress, design goals, scope decisions, and release plans to stakeholders across Commercial, Customer Success and GTM teams
- Collect feedback from internal users and incorporate learnings into future iterations
