- Turning data into action: Preparing data for use in predictive and prescriptive modelling to unlock the full potential of data-driven solutions

- Empowerment and ownership: You'll have the autonomy to gather business requirements, translate them into analytical solutions and own the end-to-end data analysis process

The skills you’ve picked up along the way:
- Advanced Power BI skills: Proven experience designing and building insightful dashboards that drive data-driven decision-making
- Strong analytical foundation: Exceptional analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a passion for uncovering insights from data. Experienced in statistical analysis.
- Programming proficiency: Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, manipulation and extraction
- Data wrangling expertise: Medium-level SQL skills, including the ability to write, optimise and troubleshoot complex queries
- Data warehousing knowledge: Exposure to data warehousing concepts and dimensional modelling techniques
- Collaboration with data science: Experience working with Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers, or prior experience in a data science role
- Requirements gathering: You have worked in roles where gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders was a key aspect of your duties
- Stakeholder management: You know how to effectively collaborate with and manage stakeholders across different teams, across the spectrum of business, operations, data and technology
- Excellent communication: Your written and verbal communication skills are exceptional and you know how to present complex information clearly and concisely and translate business concepts into technical solutions - and vice versa
- These would be a plus:
- Experience with Data Vault data models
- Experience in the Financial Services industry
- Experience working in an agile environment
