Frontend Developer (React, GraphQL) (Remote - Latam)

Accountabilities

• Architect, build, and maintain advanced front-end applications using React.js, with Vue.js experience considered a plus
• Design innovative human-AI collaborative interfaces that streamline professional workflows
• Develop intuitive, high-performance user interfaces that make complex AI functionality accessible to end-users
• Own critical user-facing features from concept through production, ensuring scalability and maintainability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver customer-focused solutions
• Define and promote front-end best practices, coding standards, and reusable design patterns
• Mentor junior engineers and support the development of technical excellence across the team
• Troubleshoot complex issues, support production systems, and continuously improve the user experience through data-driven insights
  
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building complex web applications using React.js; Vue.js experience is a strong plus
• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and Node.js
• Proven experience with front-end architecture, scalable design patterns, and modular development
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in collaborative environments while taking independent ownership of tasks
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning
• Nice to have: experience migrating Vue.js applications to React.js, knowledge of Web Components, Design System development, GCP technologies, and startup environment experience
