Mission And Responsibilities

As our Product Manager, you are responsible for developing the brand with a strong and ambitious plan for BOSS Bottled franchise.

You will be in charge of the growth of your lines with development supports teams and the 360-launch campaign management.

Your main focus :

• Contribute to elaborate a strong 3Y Innovation Plan with new product innovations that incorporate the brand DNA and the future trends.
• Create winning innovations:
• Recommend new product concepts and develop the product mix for new projects with all the development support teams.
• Deliver product quality with excellence from product to sampling tools.
• Be responsible for the financial performance of the projects under your responsability (market share, turnover, budget in line with the approved P&L, cost tracking & profitability).
• After the launch, ensure the growth of your lines with a strong support plan.
• Design powerful 360° activations in collaboration with all support teams: define the concept of the launch campaign and develop useful support elements to achieve a successful new product launch, in connection with the merchandising, digital, PR , training and Trade Marketing team, according to the timing and the quality.
• Develop the brief for your campaign visuals and assets. You will be in charge of production and post production of the campaign hand in hand with the creative agency, the communication teams and the Fashion House
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Have a 4-year Undergraduate Degree in Marketing or Related Field
• Have a 1-3 years of Marketing and/or related experience
• Have a Global Marketing product development experience in Beauty
• Have a fluent English language
• Rigorous and hands-on - able to work in full autonomy
• Creative, Confident & curious - always keen on sharing your ideas
• A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
• Passionate about the beauty industry (fragrance focus)
• Problem analysis and problem solving
