What you'll do:

As a HR Generalist, you will:

• Lead recruitment and retention strategies
• Partner with Operations teams to understand upcoming needs and proactively fill gaps
• Provide hands-on HR generalist support, including HR issues, onboarding, policy guidance, and performance management
• Be the point of contact for line managers and staff in this division
• Streamline and implement processes for managing a highly scalable workforce

• Proven experience as HR Executive/ HR Generalist in a fast-paced operational environment
• Background in hospitality, education, or food service is highly desirable

• Ability to build HR processes and improve HR service delivery
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment within tight delivery deadlines
