Role Overview

  • Position: Expert Project Manager – Contract, Remote
  • Flexible hours
  • Drive high-priority projects to successful outcomes with Mercor's project management team.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Mercor’s internal project management team to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Participate in the EPM Training to gain EPM Certification and enhance project management skills.
  • Engage in the Rubric Bootcamp to understand the Rubric format used in major projects.
  • Achieve certifications to gain Expert Project Manager status and priority on Rubrics projects.
  • Contribute as a trusted Reviewer on projects, leveraging Rubric Certification.
  • Excel as a top performer to access perks and opportunities, including potential full-time employment.

Requirements / Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications

  • EPM Certification upon completion of training
  • Rubric Certification upon completion of bootcamp

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as a Project Manager in high-priority projects
  • Familiarity with Rubric format in project management
