The Opportunity

We are looking for a killer Data Analyst to join our team. This is not a “pull numbers into Excel” type of role — this is about building the data backbone that powers a hyper-growth e-commerce machine. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Operations, and the C-Suite to make sure we always have a clear, real-time view of our performance.

What You’re Getting Into

  • You’ll be building pipelines, dashboards, and insights that directly drive millions in ad spend and revenue.
  • You’ll be connecting every ad platform (Meta, Google, TikTok, Taboola, etc.) into BigQuery so we can see a single source of truth.
  • You’ll translate data into stories and insights that shape strategy, not just reports that collect dust.
  • Your fingerprints will be on every scaling decision we make as a company.

Who You Are

  • A technical problem-solver who can code enough to build APIs, automate data flows, and troubleshoot.
  • Fluent in BigQuery (and ideally SQL, Python, or similar).
  • Comfortable building custom dashboards (Looker Studio, Tableau, or equivalent).
  • Obsessed with e-commerce metrics: CAC, LTV, MER, cohort analysis, retention tables, etc.
  • Equally at home building pipelines and telling the story of the numbers to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Biased towards speed, simplicity, and impact — you’d rather ship a solution that works today than theorize for a week.
