Project

We are currently looking for a Java Developer to join a transversal squad/dev team dedicated to evolving, maintaining, and supporting web-based applications within the Data Solutions Platform. This role is part of a team responsible for managing application assets deployed in a production environment, primarily built with Java and Angular.

The main objective is to ensure the continuous evolution and maintenance of the application portfolio, including modernization, performance improvements, implementation of new features, and bug fixing. The portfolio includes both web-based and standalone Java applications, requiring involvement in design, maintenance, and development.

We are seeking someone with a critical mindset, capable of challenging existing concepts with a realistic and solid understanding of technology best practices. This position offers a dynamic environment with opportunities to grow in both knowledge and experience. The role involves handling sensitive internal information.

Role

• Design, develop, and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot, Java 21, and JPAV
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement microservice-based solutions
• Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of applications
• Perform code reviews to maintain code quality
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects and issues
  
  

We are looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Proficiency in Java 21, Spring Boot and JPA
• Specialization in Microservices Architecture
• Practical experience with Kubernetes
• Practical experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
• Specialization in Cloud Architecture (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Practical experience with SonarQube
• Proven experience in Agile/Scrum development environments
• Ability to work with sensitive information in an internal context
