We are looking for a Data Analyst who is motivated, curious, and results-driven to join our international and diverse team, helping us turn data into strategic decisions.

Hybrid working mode with base in Lisbon.

What you will do

• Retrieve, prepare, and analyze complex datasets using statistical models and data visualization best practices.
• Develop dashboards and reports in Tableau or Power BI.
• Automate processes and build reporting solutions that support strategic decision-making.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into concrete solutions and presenting results clearly and effectively.
• Work in a dynamic environment where each day brings new and exciting challenges.

What we are looking for

• Academic background in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with Python (Pandas) and SQL.
• Professional experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing.
• Experience with Big Data tools (PySpark, Presto, Airflow).
• Knowledge of Power Query, DAX, CI/CD, Cloud Architecture, and Sonar.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
