Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse existing VBA/Access DB logic, document current processes and data flows, and gather requirements with stakeholders to support the migration of Shareholder Monitoring tools to the Dataiku platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (product control, risk, legal, IT) to define and document functional requirements that align with business, compliance, and risk needs.
- Support and participate in design sessions and configuration of new solutions in Dataiku, ensuring successful migration and business alignment.
- Translate and rebuild existing tool functionalities from VBA/Access DB into robust, maintainable Python solutions within Dataiku.
- Develop and maintain clear business specification documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer and smooth system transition.
- 2+ years’ experience in business/data analysis with expertise in Dataiku, Python, VBA/Access DB, SQL, debugging, and data exploration.
- Background in project management or business analysis, ideally in financial services focusing on non-financial risk, compliance, and legal.
- Strong academic background in STEM, economics, or banking/finance (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Proven ability to produce business documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
