Job description
- Process development support: You actively support the Process Development team in tasks related to testing facilities, operational plants, and future projects.
- Data analysis and visualization: You develop tools and visualizations to analyze the performance of testing facilities and operational plants.
- Field testing and modeling: You participate in field tests, aggregate collected data, and use it to improve our modeling capabilities.
- KPI development: You support the definition, implementation, and documentation of KPIs for testing and operational facilities.
- Anomaly detection: You contribute to setting up anomaly detection and alerting systems for testing facilities and operational plants.
Job requirements
- Educational background: You hold or are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Technical skills: You bring experience with Python and SQL, with additional MATLAB skills as a plus.
- Learning mindset: You are eager to learn new concepts, skills, and tools needed to complete assignments.
- Work style: You are reliable, performance-driven, and structured, thriving both independently and in fast-paced team environments.
- Language and availability: You are fluent in English (German is an advantage) and available for a full-time 6-month internship starting in October 2025.
What We Offer
At Climeworks, our six-month internships offer a hybrid work setup, giving you flexibility while ensuring valuable collaboration by working onsite at least three days per week. To maintain fairness, we follow a standardized salary process based on market benchmarks. For our internships based in Switzerland, the compensation is:
- During BSc & MSc: CHF 2,000 per month
- After completion of MSc: CHF 2,500 per month
