Role Summary
As a Project Manager in our team, you will be managing strategic and structural cross-functional / brand and global projects.
Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for planning and executing projects, ensuring they meet their defined objectives. This includes full accountability from initiation to completion, in close collaboration with the project team, steering group, and various stakeholders.
In this role, you will also contribute to shaping Scania’s future logistics strategy, which plays a key role across many of the company’s core processes. We offer a position in an international environment with broad internal and external interfaces. Some travel is to be expected.
Who You Are
The ideal candidate is passionate about project work and brings solid experience and a strong understanding of logistics processes. You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
You take a structured approach to achieving goals and are confident in challenging the organization to ensure successful execution of projects and initiatives.
You hold a university degree—most likely in project management, engineering, or economics—and have several years of experience in similar roles. A strong command of various project management methodologies and tools is essential. In this role, you will help cultivate an open and positive team environment, working in line with The Scania Way.

The Logistics Project Office (OSO) is part of the Logistic Strategy & Business development organisation (OS). The team consists of experienced project managers and business developers with different backgrounds and experiences. Our mission is to enable the execution of the strategy within Scania Logistics and the TRATON Group Logistics, by using strategic portfolio management, project management and business development.
