What You'll Do

• Participate in requirements analysis and review to determine testing needs
• Craft and complete functional and regression tests to ensure software quality
• Collaborate with development teams, fellow QAs, and management to efficiently implement testing strategies
• Develop comprehensive testing documentation, including test cases and checklists
• Handle defects by investigating, reporting, and tracking them to resolution
• Test web and client/server applications, ensuring high quality and reliability
• Work with REST APIs, building SQL queries to support testing efforts
• Write clear test scenarios and documentation to support the development process

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in QA manual testing
• Clear understanding of SDLC and Microservice Architecture
• High-level analytical and critical thinking skills
• Experience in client-server side testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or similar
• Knowledge of GRPC and SOA testing
• Proficiency in DB side testing and working with logs for analysis and troubleshooting
• Experience in mobile browser and native mobile app testing (Android/iOS)
• Excellent investigation skills for identifying root causes of defects
• Strong skills in defining issues clearly and concisely
• Attitude geared towards delivering high-quality outcomes
• Strong social skills to collaborate effectively with various team members
• Experience with automation is an advantage
