THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly experienced iOS developer passionate about iOS development to help build and scale our iOS apps portfolio. In this role, you will assist our R&D team in creating, coding, testing, and maintaining various iOS apps using the latest technologies, including AI tools. You will work closely with other team leads, developers, and QA testers, using the Agile methodology and a quality-first approach.

We are a distributed team of more than 150 people, all working remotely and communicating partially synchronously (we usually overlap with our teams for 5 hours daily and are free to work on some of the tasks whenever it suits us best). We value open communication, proactivity, and work/life balance and we measure our freelancers on performance, rather than on the time spent on the job.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

Take-home challenge (around 4 hours of work)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define app specifications, design, and architecture
- Implement best practices in app development, UI/UX, and coding standards
- Monitor app performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for efficiency.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Must-have:
- 5+ years of experience developing iOS apps
- Experience with UIKit and SwiftUI
- Proficiency in Swift
- Expertise in multithreading and memory management
- Familiarity with commonly used iOS components and libraries
- Solid understanding of mobile advertisement and IAP
- Proven track record of developing apps released on App Store (100,000+ downloads)
- Knowledge of Agile methodology: Kanban
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English
- Experience with Objective-C
- Experience with Flutter
