Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
- Sourcing and overseeing contracts and service providers for functions such as HVAC, Fire Systems, Pest and Equipment
- Advising businesses on measures to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the facility
- Supervising team to contribute across divisions
- Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance
- Dealing with emergencies as they arise
- Ensuring that facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations
- Planning for the future by forecasting the facility’s upcoming needs and requirements
- Supporting teams with new store openings
- Managing Manpower deployment to cater to all parties
- Ensuring employee and facility safety.
- Drafting maintenance reports and sending across the related stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- 5–8 years’ experience in F&B operations.
- Kitchen equipment and General Maintenance (mechanical background is a plus).
- Proven leadership, people management, and project management skills.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and Navision.
- Fluent in English.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally & overseas.
