Job Summary

Oversees all aspects of building functions and guarantees the safety and functionality of all facilities. Duties include running routine safety inspections, corresponding with contractors, planning maintenance work, maintaining records, and supervising facilities staff.

Job Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and overseeing contracts and service providers for functions such as HVAC, Fire Systems, Pest and Equipment
  • Advising businesses on measures to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the facility
  • Supervising team to contribute across divisions
  • Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance
  • Dealing with emergencies as they arise
  • Ensuring that facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations
  • Planning for the future by forecasting the facility’s upcoming needs and requirements
  • Supporting teams with new store openings
  • Managing Manpower deployment to cater to all parties
  • Ensuring employee and facility safety.
  • Drafting maintenance reports and sending across the related stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • 5–8 years’ experience in F&B operations.
  • Kitchen equipment and General Maintenance (mechanical background is a plus).
  • Proven leadership, people management, and project management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and Navision.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally & overseas.
