Qualifications
- Strong software engineering skills with a passion for infrastructure and backend development
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Java, C/C++, or similar
- 2 to 12+ years of professional experience in software development
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining large-scale distributed systems
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to articulate user needs and drive solutions
- Ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility and entrepreneurial spirit
- Build and enhance infrastructure components that provide a seamless experience for internal teams and external customers
- Participate in roadmap planning, prioritization, and delivery of strategic projects
- Debug and resolve production issues across multiple services and layers of the technology stack
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, reliable, and efficient systems
- Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure performance, security, and cost-effectiveness
- Engage in technical discussions and knowledge sharing to foster team growth and innovation
