Job Summary:

Responsible for assisting and supporting the Project Manager by achieving project objectives within the time and cost frame determined. He is also responsible for handling the project’s technical progress.

Main Responsibilities:

• Preparing programs and day-to-day tasks of site works by coordinating with the Project Manager and foreman.
• Assisting the Project Manager in determining the project schedule by studying the project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.
• Participating at site meetings taking full and detailed notes.
• Coordinating and checking engineering deliverables.
• Determining project specifications by studying product design, client requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies.
• Ordering required materials for the site as specified by tender/contract requirements.
• Designing and conducting tests to ensure compliance with statutory standards and health and safety requirements.
• Maintaining project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
• Performs other related duties assigned by the line manager.
