To manage and operate Omantel retail outlets within the BMB region, overseeing day-to-day operations of the outlets, ensuring efficient and effective operations in line with Omantel commercial strategy
Position Information
- Unit: Commercial

- Location: Al Batinah
- Minimum role requirements:
- Bachelor in relevant discipline
- 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a management position
- Implement regional operational strategies aligned with Omantel’s retail goals
- Oversee daily operations across stores, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with store managers to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators
- Manage store openings and closing, equipping store managers with necessary tools and resources
- Ensure optimal inventory levels and collaborate with merchandising to meet customer needs
- Develop training programs for staff, conduct store audits, and ensure adherence to company policies
- Analyze sales data, monitor marketing programs, and leverage insights
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders and keep abreast of retail industry trends
- Lead recruitment, training, and coaching of retail staff
- Prepare period performance reports for senior management / board members and develop SLAs
- Develop and enforce security and safety protocols at retail stores
- Manage store budgets and expenses, ensuring expenditures are in line with budget
- Collaborate with real estate department to identify new retail locations and negotiate site leases
- Facilitate communications and collaboration between store managers and other departments
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
