- HSE knowledge
- Min 5 years’ experience in construction site, brownfield experience preferable
- Responsible for conducting thorough risk assessments.
- Identifying potential hazards associated with proposed work activities.

- Clear communication is paramount. Permit issuers must maintain an open line of communication with permit receivers
- Throughout the duration of the work, permit issuers are responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance with the issued permits. This involves periodic checks to ensure that the work aligns with the specified conditions. If deviations or non-compliance are identified, the permit issuer has the authority to take corrective actions, including revoking or modifying permits.
- Maintaining accurate documentation is a key responsibility. Permit issuers record the entire authorization process, including risk assessments, permit issuance, and any additional instructions provided to permit receivers
