Responsibilities
- Support enterprise project and architecture initiatives through technical expertise and platform integration.
- Manage and integrate key platforms, including Jira, Power BI, and budget trackers, ensuring accurate and consistent data flow.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, summarizing performance metrics and project status for stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, project tracking requirements, and reporting standards.
- Proactively identify and resolve integration or data issues across tools and systems.
- Maintain documentation for reporting processes and integrations, contributing to knowledge repositories and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in application integration, technical support, or reporting/dashboard development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Power BI, with the ability to design dashboards and integrate workflows.
- Familiarity with budget/integration systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- The salary will be determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, location, relevant education, qualifications, experience, technical skills, and business needs.
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
