We’re seeking a Business Development Associate to expand our investor network, deepen relationships, and share our story.

What you’ll be doing:

• Build and strengthen ties with high-net-worth and institutional investors, from initial contact to long-term partnerships.
• Design and deliver engaging webinars, events, and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with our investment team to craft compelling narratives and fundraising strategies.
• Track and analyze BD metrics to refine and accelerate growth.

What we’re looking for:

• A self-starter who thrives on ownership and problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related—or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in business development, client relations, or sales (finance/tech a plus).
• Curiosity about crypto/blockchain, or eagerness to learn.
• Strong communication skills to connect and persuade.
