The Team and Opportunity

We’re launching a brand-new MarTech function — and we're looking for a CMS Engineer to join us at the forefront of this exciting journey. This is an exciting opportunity to join a MarTech Engineering team, working closely with our Marketing and Software Development teams, driving high-impact pieces of work that transform how we connect with our customers.

What you'll do in the role:

• Develop and maintain integrations between CMS platforms, APIs, and MarTech tools
• Build and customize landing pages, SEO-friendly templates, and reusable content modules
• Translate marketing requirements into scalable, technical CMS solutions
• Collaborate across Marketing, Data, and Tech teams to enable seamless platform experiences
• Integrate data sources and APIs to support personalized and dynamic content
• Troubleshoot, support, and enhance CMS and MarTech performance
• Ensure system compliance with privacy, security, and data governance standards
• Document technical processes and contribute to a shared support model

What we'd love to see from you:

• Demonstrated experience with a Headless CMS platform (Directus preferred but we're open!)
• Strong knowledge of Node.js, Next.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript & React.js
• Experience with API development and integration
• Experience with big data technologies such as BigQuery & data integration tools
• Familiarity with Git version control
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with CRM Platforms - Braze is preferred but not a deal breaker
